Cubicle Decorating

So you want something simple, yet will bring your otherwise boring cubical to life? Start with the color coordination. Choose cheerful colors, something that will pick you up after long hard days.

Find some wrapping paper that appeals to you and a blotter for your desk ( a stationary or office depot) cover the blotter and any other hard surface object like books, pencil holder etc. If you can have plants get a coordinating colored pot for them. Perhaps, a small pillow for your chair. If you have a concept for a theme try to incorporate it. Those colors make me think of summer. A container covered in the paper holding seashells (available at a craft store) Perhaps, a pretty bottle holding some sand. Little cocktail umbrellas in the plants. A coconut air freshener or candle will add a subtle fragrance ( makes me thing of tanning oil). There are cute little magnets that add a splash of whimsy. Maybe surfboards.
